Tara is a slender woman, most likely African American. Most of her face is wrapped in pink bandages (also covering her shoulders and leaving what appears to be a short cape at the back), leaving only her right eye and a ponytail of purple hair visible. On his forehead he also wears a possibly robotic yellow eye with a green pupil, a metal base, an eyebrow and 3 spikes on top. She wears a purple midriff-baring top, long light brown pants, Asian boots, and 4 gold bracelets on her arms (2 on each). Always carry tarot cards with a white border and designs (similar in shape to your artificial eye) on the blue card back. The cards themselves can have 3 images: a skull on a purple background, a heart on pink, and a dollar symbol on green.
