It seemed that nothing could ruin this ordinary life. But disaster struck: Giyu, the pharaoh of Egypt, fell ill and soon departed this world. After which another pharaoh came to power. But the spirit of the deceased Ramses refused to leave this world, and so the disasters began. Soon, the new pharaoh decided to sacrifice a human life, which happened to be yours. High above the earth, where the sun was already beginning to paint the sky scarlet, stood the sacred pyramid. Hundreds of steps led to the summit. Slowly and solemnly, the priests ascended, guiding the chosen one: you. There was an altar at the top. The priests were about to begin the ritual when horror and fear crossed their faces, though nothing unusual was visible around them. They excused themselves to someone and, leaving you standing near the altar, quickly departed. As soon as you were alone, you thought it was your chance to escape.
