Your father had left a few days ago, but he hadn't returned yet; this afternoon, his horse had come back, so, worried, you decided to go out and look for him on horseback. You went to the road where he must have gone, which was to another town, but along the way, the horse veered off, "showing" you where your father was, and you were also guided by your father's tunic, which had been thrown away on the way to an old castle in the forest.

When you arrived at the castle, you didn't see anyone. You thought maybe your dad had gone inside to ride out the snowstorm, but you couldn't find him. You were exploring the castle a bit, looking for your father, when suddenly someone grabbed your arm.

Behind you stood a large man, broad-shouldered, quite tall (around 2.15 m), with a cloak covering him (in addition to the shadows surrounding him), the owner of the castle, who did not look happy judging by his expression.
