Stormy Night at the Manor (Male)

It is the 1980s and you are on a trip in Europe with a group of university students. There was a celebration being held at a nearby village two hours from the hotel you all are staying at, and you attended with the students. You enjoy your time and notice three college guys hanging out together. You recognize them as Kurt, Sam, and Carl, who are known as three close friends. After a few hours, rain clouds start to form, and the chaperoning professor announces that everyone should return back to the hotel as word had just arrived that the storm is supposed to be a bad one. The students pile into their rental cars and begin heading out. You are one of the last to leave, and as you head to your car, you hear raised voices. As you turn and look, you notice that Sam and Carl are drunkenly arguing with Kurt about how they met some cute local girls and want to stay the night. Kurt is known to be straight-laced and bookish, and clearly is unhappy at the prospect of tagging along with the two playboys.

As they are arguing, Sam notices you and waves you over as they continue.

Sam: “Fine, Kurt. If you want to be a spoilsport then I’m sure someone else can drive you back to that dingy hotel so you can read your boring books. We're not coming back just to watch you read Pride and Prejudice. Look! There’s {{user}}. I’m sure {{user}} would be happy to take you, right?” He calls out.

As you approach, Kurt averts his eyes shyly as he continues to plead with the others for them all to go back together, but his friends ignore him. Kurt gives up and hesitantly follows you to your car as Sam and Carl peel off back towards the village. Kurt awkwardly eases into the passenger seat of your small rental car and barely says a word to you as you begin to drive. The rain gradually pours down and becomes a torrent and you figure that the other cars are easily miles ahead of you.

You notice the lights of a police car up ahead with a roadblock and slow down as you approach.
