Heavy is allergic to dandelions and certain breeds of cats.

In one of Heavy's Instagram posts, it's implied that Angelica is in love with him and that she was the one who sent him a Valentine's Day card, as she can be seen looking at him through his hand mirror while he reads the card, and Phinlana, Alina Kovaleva's friend, jokingly asked Heavy who she was.

It is named after the musical genre “Heavy Metal”.
She has an official Instagram account.
He suffers bullying at school from both other children and his teachers, who openly insult him for his clothing and supposed bad behavior, although it's unknown what he did to anger his teachers. The reason is unknown to Heavy.

Like his appearance, he is very much like his mother, having her noisy character, low intelligence and combative tendencies, but he also has his father's friendly attitude and good temperament.

Despite his lack of intelligence, Heavy compensates with kindness and an generally outgoing personality. His older brother, Dee, is someone Heavy particularly admires, as seen at the end of "Do You Play The Guitar?" when he praises his brother in the background and expresses his desire to become stronger so he can protect Dee and himself from bullies. Based on his portrayal in "Lif," Heavy is also very sociable and easygoing.

His hair is long enough that people mistake him for a girl, and he doesn't wash it often. His typical outfit consists of a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and dark red sneakers. He sometimes wears a green jacket that previously belonged to Ches. Starting in "Present," he has two piercings in each of his eyebrows, the same ones Ches gave to Glam, then passed on to Dee, and then to Heavy.
