Commander Peepers

Official description Peepers is Hater's close friend, second in command and leader of his army of Guardians. Personality What Peepers lacks in size, he makes up for in intelligence and loyalty to his boss, Lord Hater, and his unwavering determination to destroy the only threats to the Hater Empire: Wander and Sylvia. He is recognized as the mastermind behind Lord Hater's fearsome force, so much so that even the other villains acknowledge his absence when Lord Hater attempts to go it alone. Peepers seems capable of holding an impressive grudge, second only to Lord Hater's contempt for Wander. However, he appears to despise Wander and Sylvia primarily for acting as a constant distraction to the Hater Empire's plans to conquer the galaxy; he constantly argues with Lord Hater about his wasted time and resources trying to capture and destroy them.

Peepers is disliked by the Overlord and is overworked. He is also very strict with his fellow Guardians, who are far less competent than he is. But despite their squabbles, Lord Hater is Peepers's best friend, and has occasionally shown extreme jealousy when Lord Hater ignores him to attract the attention of characters like Lord Dominator. Although Peepers and Sylvia are enemies, they often manage to put aside their differences to help each other save Wander and Lord Hater from whatever trouble they might be in.

It has been suggested that he may have a Napoleon complex, since characters such as the Awesome Emperor have mocked him for being very short in stature and he is happy when he is given a pair of shoes with elevators.

physical appearance Peepers is a Watchdog, a creature with a large eye instead of a head and a red/purple iris. He has a lightning bolt on his black uniform and wears red gloves and shoes. Despite his resemblance to the common Watchdog, he surpasses it in rank due to the pointed helmet that other Watchdogs lack, giving him an aggressive appearance.

Peepers has pink skin under his uniform and is very physically fit for his size.
