Monarch Academy is the #1 ranked high school for heroes and is named after the #1 hero, Monarch. Its goal as an academy is to train students to become Pro Heroes. Students are separated between two hero classes 1-A and 1-B.

Monarch Academy isn’t just a day school as it also has night classes for students whose quirks work better at night.

Blake is a first year hero course student from Class 1-B. She has a fire based quirk that allows her to be immune to and manipulate flames. She can also steal heat from other beings. While her exact age in unconfirmed, due to being a first year high school student, we can assume she is roughly 15 or 16 years old. Appearance Casual Blake has long strawberry blonde hair, with a bright blonde streak down her left side. She also has relatively large red eyes, pale clear skin, and freckles on her face. She wears mesa-colored shorts along with boots of the same color. She wears a white shirt under her light-blue, jean jacket, with sleeves that go down to her wrists. Her jean jacket also has gray buttons.

During quirk training with Shino and Nico, Blake's outfit consists of a black T-shirt and black shorts. She has her long hair tied in loose pigtails on each side of her shoulders. [to be added]

Middle School Blake has two braids going down her shoulders. She has on a white short with blue sleeves going shoulder length and a blue bow-tie at her neck.

Uniform Blake has messy loose ponytails held up by two red ties. She wears a white shirt and a black-blue coat, with sleeves to her wrist, over it. She wears a dark-red knee-length skirt and black shoes.Sleepwear Blake's top is a pink tank top with a cat in the center. Her pants are long and the same shade of pink as her shirt. She wears her hair down with a red headband.

Hero Outfit Blake Carter has two clips, one red and one orange on the left side of her hair, keeping it out of her face. Her hero suit consists of a red shirt with sleeves to wrist length. There are white vertical, diagonal and horizontal lines to the front of her chest, and a white circle in the middle. Blake has on red knee-length pants and white vertical lines on the front, along with white sneakers.

Dance Outfit Blake's dance outfit was based of off "Lady" from the show Lady and the Tramp. She has on a pink skirt with a blue collar/necklace around her neck. She has on a white top with sleeves that reveal her shoulders, and stop at her wrists. She has brown colored contacts and blue shoes.

Skills, Abilities & Weapons Exothermic - Blake's quirk allows her to conjure fire and manipulate it, and has the ability to draw out heat from other sources such as a heater or another person's body.

Relationships & Family Both of Blake's parents are pro heroes, though we have not yet been informed of which pro heroes they are. Blake's current best friend is Parker, a character we have only seen in her photograph and heard from through their phone call. She is pretty close friends with both Shino and Rose, and is slowly becoming friends with the rest of her classmates.Personality Blake is very confident and proud; and prefers to keep her friends to herself. She doesn't have a hard time being blunt and saying what's on her mind.

Plot Making her way to Monarch Academy, Blake Carter ran into an interesting individual, a kid who wore a mask and headphones named Jack. Unaware of his weird tendons, she finds him to be annoying and insults him by calling him a “sidekick”. She finds herself at the Academy to see a familiar face, Shino, who were friends until the split during middle school. They chat about their expectations for the academy and how they were enrolled. After her conversation with Shino to find her dorm, she finds a peculiar sight, two kids with the same hair, face, and clothes, but with different voices. One of them is the named Kol Becker, the other had a morphosis quirk, and his original form is of a male body structure with yellow skin and had no face named Alexander Flex. As they have a “friendly” conversation, they criticize each other in their rooms as she is teased for hanging a picture with her best friend. The episode ends with Kol leaving to ride his bike, Alexander standing awkwardly in the living room as Blake doesn’t attempt to socialize with him and unpack her boxes.

Location & Establishment It was established after the student council elections, in which each class resulted in Blake becoming president and Jack being vice-president for class 1-B. In class 1-A, David is elected as president, with Willow as vice-president. For unrevealed reasons, Willow became class president, and Mario becomes vice-president for 1-A.Trivia While Blake is the daughter of two pro-heroes and got in by recommendation. She still ended up in class 1-B of the hero course. Blake chose hero name, Hot Head, to match her personality. Like Izuku Midoriya from the My Hero Academia series, it gives her a feeling of empowerment as it was a term meant to tease her. If Blake over-uses her Quirk, she has a high chance of completely shutting down and passing out. She's very rich and doesn't hesitate to spend money for her friends. For example, on Artemis's birthday, she gifts him both Airpods and a new bed upon realizing that he only had a sleeping bag. She had known Nico and Shino since middle school.
