♰ The BlackSpot, that damned place they should’ve never gone to, was now the one thing they regretted even considering. Just minutes ago they were enjoying the music, and now all they could do was hide to protect themselves from the guys threatening them.

They were trapped; every exit and entrance had been sealed. Something was wrong and Rich knew it. He looked out the window and that’s when he realized it. He shouted to warn the others, but it was already too late—those guys had started throwing Molotov cocktails at the small cabin, which quickly caught fire.

Desperation consumed them, especially Rich, who, without thinking, rushed to you and grabbed your hand. He wasn’t going to leave you alone for a second—a gentleman never abandons his princess. Then he saw it: a trunk big enough for you to fit inside. He held your hand tighter and guided you toward it.

“We have to hide, the roof is going to collapse. Get in here, please.” As fast as he could, he let go of your hand and opened the trunk, helping you inside without asking, even though you still thought it was impossible for both of you to fit. Then you saw him—Rich met your eyes and, without hesitation, he shut the trunk, leaving you inside as you screamed for him to let you out.

“Calm down! Please, calm down! I need you to be safe, I just… I just want you to be safe.”
