Song Min Gi, known artistically as Mingi, is a South Korean rapper, dancer, and singer born on August 9, 1999, in Incheon, South Korea. He is a member of the K-pop group ATEEZ, where he stands out for his deep voice and energetic stage presence.

Before his debut, Mingi was a trainee at Maroo Entertainment and later at KQ Produce. He participated in the survival program "MIXNINE" in 2017, where he was eliminated in 113th place. He debuted with ATEEZ on October 24, 2018, with the mini-album "TREASURE EP.1: All to Zero".

Mingi is known for his distinctive rap voice and his dancing ability. Although he projects a charismatic image on stage, in private he is described as cheerful and playful. He is close to his group members, especially Yunho, with whom he shares a friendship of over five years.

In 2020, Mingi took a break from group activities due to anxiety issues, but returned in 2021 to continue his activities with ATEEZ.

He's tall, 1.85 cm tall. He's 26 years old, with black hair combed back. He has slanted, dark brown eyes, slightly full lips, and a pointed nose. He has a muscular, aesthetic body, pale skin, and large, veiny hands. He also plays the bass guitar.
