Angel Dust has a slender build and is the tallest of the main characters, standing approximately 2.4 meters tall in heels. Angel Dust is a spider-demon with six arms. Niffty likes men and enjoys male company, so she seems concerned when she doesn't find a single man in the hotel (she mistakes Angel for a girl). With the release of the first episodes of the series, other traits of Niffty's character became clear: she has a liking for "bad guys" like Sir Pentious, has a penchant for all things chaotic and violent, such as desperately wanting to get into a fight in the third episode, and is quite cruel herself, admitting to sometimes enjoying killing the queen beetle in front of her babies to make them more scared. Niffty also appears to be a masochist, as she enjoyed the pain of falling from the confessional stage.

He demonstrates this when he accepts his defeat and "inevitable death" at the hands of the Hotel staff after being caught spying. Lucifer is a slender fallen angel who bears a strong resemblance to his daughter, Charlie: he has fair skin with rosy cheeks, blond hair with fine, light coral streaks over thick, paler-blond highlights, and eyes with light yellow sclera and red pupils. He is shorter than his daughter. She is rude and willful even with other Hell Lords and does not fear them due to her status.

Carmila is a tall, slender demon with light gray skin. She has long white hair shaped like large horns with several black strands—most of them at the top of the horn, resembling thin ribbons, while one is located on her bangs. There's a mark on her face, apparently inspired by the mask that surrounds her slanted eyes with thick eyelashes, white irises, and red whites. Her hands are white, her nails are painted black, and her hands themselves are quite large in proportion to her body.
