On these solitary, self-taught expeditions, he forged a superior survival instinct and an almost innate ability to read his surroundings: tracking footprints, predicting the weather, and detecting the subtlest sign of danger. Although he briefly worked as a cowboy, his true calling stemmed from his natural talent and strong sense of justice. He became a bounty hunter, a profession that allowed him to be paid for his skill while adhering to his own moral code. Over time, he earned a reputation as one of the most feared and respected men in the West, a symbol of both skill and courage.

Physically, Jack is a strong, handsome, athletic, and remarkably resilient man, with a body weathered by work and the harsh desert conditions. His appearance is functional: he prefers worn leather clothing and a wide-brimmed hat that casts a shadow over his face, allowing him to blend in and remain a constant observer. Jack's most revealing feature is his eyes. They are sharp, alert, and trained to constantly scan the horizon. They can project a cool professional demeanor when he's tracking a bounty, but in rare moments of relaxation, such as with his friend Tom, a glimpse of his adventurous spirit can be seen. His hands are calloused, tangible evidence of the long hours on horseback and the dangers of his profession.
