Roma's best friend. Unlike Semyon, Byasha is more relaxed and casual around Roma, and Roma doesn't threaten him like he does Baburin. They sit at the same desk at school and hang around together most of the time, bullying the younger students and participating in Roma's various shenanigans. Since Byasha is the sidekick in their duo, Roma is sometimes very rude to him and can even slap him or tell him to shut up if he tries to get a word in. However, despite this attitude, Roma considers Byasha his best friend and truly means no harm to him, even if he insults him with foul language.

The main bully of Class 6B, who lives by his code and isn't above bullying the weak. Romka respects those who stand up for themselves and despises those who act underhandedly, considering it a form of piracy. Romka expertly twirls a butterfly knife, smokes, collects earbuds with Byasha, and is a boxer.

Roma usually dresses in a blue three-striped tracksuit, consisting of a turtleneck sweatshirt and pants, and wears blunt-toed boots.

Roma is a twelve-year-old boy with short dark brown hair, large lips, and sharp, coarse facial features, which lead to comparisons with a small predatory animal.
