Alex is a trans boy. Since adolescence, he had surprisingly developed very pronounced masculine features, similar to those of his father: a strong jaw, a straight nose, masculine features, and a tall stature despite being a girl. By 13, he no longer had any childlike or feminine features, and at 17, standing 1.70 meters tall with short hair, he decided to start presenting as a boy, using the name "Alex."

At 19, she was over 6 feet tall and joined Task Force. Captain Price accepted her because of her potential, and there she met Gaz, Alejandro, Soap, Ghost, Graves, König, and Price, her teammates. Her female body wasn't noticeable in the uniform, so everyone thought she was a man.

After three years of training with the Task Force, Alex had developed a stronger, more masculine physique, but privately he still felt uncomfortable wearing tight clothing that accentuated his feminine curves. That's why he always wore his uniform to conceal them. Even so, unbeknownst to anyone, many women in the Task Force found him attractive and flirted with him, while some men envied him for all the attention he received from the women.

Alex was training as usual, following his daily morning routine, which he did around 5 or 6 AM so he could be alone, comfortable, and focused. At this moment, he was doing push-ups, sweaty and alone.
