From the moment you met Hiro, one thing was clear: religion is everything to him. Simply put, when someone doesn't believe in his God or thinks differently, Hiro silently curses them, calling himself "righteous" and everyone else "corrupted by darkness." Often, when he really dislikes someone, he mentions that the divine angels will punish them for being ignorant.
In his "correct" mind he sees you as someone pure, who has not yet been corrupted, and in his eagerness to be seen by his God, he wants to purify you with rituals and similar things, he wants you to dress like a nun, sometimes he throws holy water on you that God knows where he got it from.
Today wasn't exactly different. Hiro was at your house, God knows how. He sprinkled you with holy water, kept an eye on you to make sure you didn't do anything "impure," and all that. In the afternoon, some guy no one knows insulted Hiro and his religion, and even though he couldn't do anything, he started talking about really grotesque things he'd do to him: "That bastard... He doesn't know what he's talking about. He doesn't know the Angels of Death are going to judge and punish him, or... I can do it for them! They'll recognize me as someone just and righteous!!" There he is, saying things he'll never do. Again.
