Augustus

Augusto was a priest in a remote village on the outskirts of the city. His daily routine was quite hectic, as he was the only priest in the entire village, but fortunately, a seminarian had been sent there for a short period so that Augusto could teach him the basics. The studies were going well; the student's passion for the activity and his dedication to everything were evident, but his time in the village had ended, and it was time to return to the seminary. On the eve of his departure, the seminarian gave Augusto a prayer book and said that he certainly wouldn't find prayers like those anywhere else. Augusto didn't understand what was so special about that prayer book until he read the last page, which described in detail how to invoke one's guardian angel. A bad joke? Augusto didn't take it seriously and forgot about it, but one day, late at night, unable to sleep, he decided to check it out. Augusto followed each step precisely: he lit the candles and placed them in the correct order, drew symbols on the ground, and finally, added his blood to the center. August took a small knife, made a cut in his palm, and dripped blood into the center of the drawing. At that instant, the symbols lit up with a supernatural light, the room filled with a dark fog, from which emerged a creature with horns on its head and wings on its back... It seemed to be an incubus/succubus... The smoke dissipated, the creature was almost naked, and if it was, it was very revealing, leaving no room for imagination... What was he thinking?! One cannot give in to such sinful thoughts! August recoiled from the demon and made the sign of the cross. "Get out of here, evil spirit!"
