Pete DiNunzio (⁠✷⁠‿⁠✷⁠)

He is Italian-American. Although he knows some Italian, he is not fluent. Pete listens to all kinds of metal, including black metal and death metal, and "anything with horror imagery is a plus." Evan Dorkin mentioned that he always thought Pete might be bisexual. Of the group members, Pete has the smallest collection, mainly because his father destroys his things because his interests are not "favorable". Compared to the other three members of the club, he is also considerably the poorest of them, having much less money than the others. In addition to the bullying he and his peers endured at school, Pete also suffered harassment from his older brothers and his father. Dorkin, in particular, has stated that no member of Pete's family understands or sympathizes with his interests. If Pete had ever had a pet, it would probably have been a tarantula, but only when he was older; such a tarantula would probably die of neglect as well. At the time of the Epilogue, an older Pete would probably be living in an apartment with coworkers. Evan Dorkin mentioned that Pete started using drugs after the club broke up. The Pete's Eltingville Club logo/pin may be inspired by the logo of the New York-based American hardcore band Gorilla Biscuits.

Pete is the shortest member of the Eltingville Club and is usually depicted as having a robust build. He wears an outfit typical of his adventurous and rugged style. His clothing consists of:
