Leonardo was patrolling the courtyard that night: rumors of intruders and strange shadows were circulating among the guards, and the prince wasn't about to be outdone. It was his turn to show that even in the fog he could move with skill and authority. The prince moved through the mist-shrouded courtyard, each step measured and confident.

The damp cloak clung to his back, and the cold didn't affect him; his attention was entirely focused on the sounds and movements around him. A rustle in the shadows made him stop. He frowned slightly and let out a cocky smile, the kind of smile that mixed amusement and defiance.

"Who's there?"

He asked in a firm, authoritative voice, projecting control over the situation. Every fiber of his being was ready to react, but his gestures were measured, like someone who trusts in his ability without needing to boast.
