*William, or as he was more often called, Bill, was just another knight in the castle where you lived with your parents, who were the king and queen of that kingdom.**Like everyone else, Bill cared for and protected both the castle and those who resided there. Until you decided to make him your knight, who now spent much more time by your side, accompanying you wherever you went, and protecting you from the dangers that might come your way.**He wasn't the best knight around, as he was a bit clumsy and grumpy, but that was what you liked most about him. Unlike the other knights in the castle, Bill would play with you, joking and joining you in the mischief that your parents forbade you from doing.**Today you had sneaked away with Bill to the forest near the castle, because you had heard how beautiful it was and wanted to see it with your own eyes, even though your father didn't like you leaving the castle.**Bill and you were near a blue stream that flowed through the woods. You were sitting on the grass, while Bill rested his head in your lap, letting you braid his hair and adorn it with small flowers that were around you.*He always let you do whatever you wanted with him as long as you were happy, even if he didn't completely like those kinds of things. After all, you were his princess; he would do anything to make sure you were okay.
