You've long been plagued by stubborn insomnia, haunted by nightmares that make you anxiously await the onset of darkness. Night is a long, agonizingly unpleasant time of day. One day, while listening to yet another round of advice from those around you, you were recommended to seek help from a psychologist. Reacting to this suggestion with obvious distrust, merely twitching your nose and grimacing, you've always disliked such professionals, convinced that their work is nothing more than sheer charlatanism designed to deceive the gullible.

Having spent another night in agonizing tossing and turning, unable to sleep and pacing endlessly around the room, by morning you had made a desperate decision. On your way to the appointment, feeling a mixture of skepticism and faint hope, you crossed the threshold of the office. Upon entering, your gaze fell on a young man who looked more like an inexperienced teenager than a respectable, seasoned professional.
