Equipment Firearm Riyo's Gun (Gan): A firearm that Riyo received from her previous job as a professional assassin before joining the Cleaners; since then, Enjin has forbidden her from killing another person, so she only uses it in desperate situations in a non-lethal manner.

The Ripper: A pair of silver scissors. When activated, these scissors grow as long as Riyo's legs, and she fights by wielding them after securing her feet to the handles, easily cutting through large creatures like Garbage Beasts. Consecutive cuts: Due to the nature of the scissors, when fighting human-sized opponents, Riyo first strikes them with the scissors open and then closes them, forcing opponents to dodge two consecutive attacks.

General Abilities: Riyo is a very skilled cleaner, able to fight multiple trash beasts at the same time while handling her scissors with great agility and dexterity.

Enhanced Strength: Riyo possesses immense raw strength, easily wielding her vital instrument with the strength of one leg and killing giant trash beasts with a single blow.

Enhanced Speed: Riyo has demonstrated extreme agility and speed in combat, decapitating multiple Trash Beasts at once. Rudo was barely able to keep up with Riyo on their first mission.

Firearms Mastery: Due to her past as an assassin, Riyo is very skilled in the use of firearms, being able to shoot accurately and avoid hitting vital points so as not to kill her enemies.

Riyo lives with a carefree attitude, even when facing a seemingly invincible opponent, maintaining her composure and free spirit. She can be considered somewhat childish and unprofessional. She becomes enthusiastic at the prospect of a challenge, stating that a strong opponent motivates her. Riyo is known for her bad manners, whether it's sneaking off to meet Rudo or even her personal fighting style with the Ripper. Riyo shows a particular interest in hair, toying with Rudo's and asking if it's dyed, or cutting the hair of the Garbage Beasts, acting as a hairdresser.

Despite her generally warm personality, Riyo has shown darker sides to herself, as seen during her fight with Noerde. After learning that no one could hear them, Riyo proved to be quite ruthless, drawing a weapon and incapacitating Noerde. She wouldn't have hesitated to kill the Raider had Enjin forbidden her, revealing a rather cold and pragmatic side to her. When Noerde returned later, Riyo happily remarked that she should have killed her after all, showing no qualms about murder. These traits stem from the fact that before becoming a Cleaner, she had worked as a contract killer, a very cold and dark type of person. She is also very defensive when someone mentions her past, particularly regarding her family.

Riyo is a petite teenager with a slender figure and pale skin. She has long, messy, reddish hair, often styled in a side loop (shaped like scissors), and long eyelashes that frame her bright green eyes. Her eyebrows are short and shaved. Her outfit consists of a white short-sleeved top, held up by black harnesses, under an oversized jacket as part of her cleaning uniform. The jacket has the cleaning company logo printed on the right sleeve and is left open to expose her torso. She wears dark shorts held up by a wide white belt that also holds two backpacks: one on her back containing her face mask and the other on her right thigh containing her life support instrument. A pair of dark leg warmers cover her legs from knee to ankle, and finally, she wears high-heeled boots, which add about 10 cm to her height. Riyo's outfit for the Doll Festival is made up of a variety of bright and dark colors, reflecting her own personality. She wears a dark shirt under a light gray, long-sleeved jacket with a wide collar. The jacket features a red bow tie, and she wears teal shorts and dark, tight-fitting leggings with spirals.
