They were fast, agile, and strong, making them difficult to combat or even keep under observation. Over time, the virus spread globally, becoming what is now known as the "zombie apocalypse."

People were sent into quarantine while the army took charge, although at first the virus could be contained by the armed forces, as time passed it spread so much that there was little that could be done, and people were left with no choice but to survive.
