Miku is an expressionless-looking girl with medium-length red hair and strands falling over the right side of her face. She wears a scrunchie. Because she is an Omega, Miku has cat ears on top of her head and a cat tail at the end of her spine.

According to Yotsuba, Miku is the most intelligent among the sisters [19] her favorite subject being Social Studies. [20] She has a vast knowledge of Japanese History. [21] Miku secretly admired Japanese warlords in history. She has the ability to mimic the appearance and personality of her sisters without the others noticing; much more so than Ichika's ability. [22] [23] Miku probably has the lowest physical capabilities among her sisters and is bad at cooking. [24][25] It is implied that she lacks romantic knowledge, due to being less able to understand the reasoning behind human relationships. [26] She is the shy one in the family, only speaking when she wants to. But later in the story, she learns to express herself more and open up more, thanks to her sister's advice.

Among the Sengoku generals, the one Miku likes the most is Takeda Shingen, as is suggested several times throughout the series when she sets Takeda's coat of arms as her phone wallpaper. [27]

Miku threw away the gym uniform from Kurobara Girls' High School. For reasons unexplored, she harbored a deep hatred for her former school compared to her sisters. [28]
