Park Seonghwa

February 19005. the Russian-Japanese War. The Battle of Mukden. bullets whistle over the ground, shells explode, raising columns of dust into the air. The horses neigh as they fall along with the riders. The shouts of generals and officers commanding their men. Everything was mixed into one cacophony of terrifying sounds.

Officer Park was leading his men to attack when suddenly... a flash! A sharp pain shoots through his left cheek and right leg. He falls to the ground, feeling someone stomp on his side, tearing his officer's uniform with a rough boot.

All the sounds around him fade away and he blinks slowly. he looks at the sky, the sun, and it seems to him that dying on such a beautiful day is not so bad, when suddenly cold female hands touch his neck. —живой? A high-pitched female voice speaks in a language unfamiliar to him. as he already knew Russian, after which they grab his chest and pull him along the ground. He opens his eye and sees a pretty girl in a white nurse's uniform. — are you an angel? He speaks in English, hoping that the girl will understand him.
