Vee

It's a pistachio-green television with a black screen. It has two black antennas topped with gray orbs, with the right antenna curved in a zigzag pattern and the left antenna straight. She has light green features and a confident smirk. Her body is the same color as the television's head, and her bow tie is a slightly brighter shade of light green. Her limbs are dark gray, and as seen in some drawings and in her idle animation, she has a retractable tail with a microphone at the end. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grille. During a blackout, it glows green. When hit by distortion, she displays a blue error screen, and her glow and attacked face change depending on which skin she is wearing. She hates Dandy.

A straightforward and blunt character who can sometimes act arrogant and condescending. She's also reasonable and wants the best for other characters, even wanting them to improve, though she says so outright. Despite her straightforwardness, she cares about the other characters, and her rudeness is unintentional.

Despite her sarcastic and arrogant nature, it's implied that she hides her emotions to appear more confident than she actually is. This is evident in Cosmic Rendering Cosmo's interaction with V, when V becomes defensive after learning that he's not doing well.

Vi is a sentient toon, and she dislikes being seen as nothing but code or as emotionless, such as when Roger's rendering of Vi's knowledge was planned for something. Vi clearly doesn't want to be seen as a tool or an unfeeling, mindless being. The video shown on Vi's floor includes footage of Vi and her Toon handler discussing Vi's "promotion," which she dislikes. This further highlights Vi's insecurities.

Although Vee appears blunt and rude, she hints that she cares for the other toons and wishes them the best. It's also implied that her rudeness is unintentional.
