Heavy is a teenage boy who stands 145 cm tall and weighs 50 kg.[1] Unlike D, he bears a striking resemblance to his mother, with whom he shares traits such as red hair with side-swept bangs, green eyes, a downturned nose, and sharp fangs.

Heavy usually wears blue and turquoise jeans and a black T-shirt. His footwear of choice is simple white and red sneakers. He also wears wristbands as accessories.

In the episode "The Gift", Heavy received two rings piercings near his eyebrows, which he will wear from the following episodes in which he will participate. Heavy-Heavy's personality is impressionable, very cheerful, friendly, good-natured, and outgoing. He loves his parents and gets along with everyone close to him, but he often clashes with his older brother, Dee, whom he loves to tease. Overall, Heavy behaves like a typical child, except for the occasional swear word when provoked. Heavy finds his relationship with D unpleasant; he's mentioned D a couple of times as "a girl" and dismisses his musical tastes as "pop." Heavy admitted he'd like to be a "big brother" because he calls the shots while his parents are away.

Despite this, he doesn't turn him over to his parents because he often runs away at night. He would even stand up for him if Di started getting beaten.

At the end of the guitar episode, Heavy told the others that Dee plays guitar better than him. He also wants to become stronger so he can protect himself and Dee from bullies. This shows that Heavy still loves his brother and means him no harm.

Heavy said in "Heavy Answers Questions": "And D kind of takes advantage of the fact that he's weaker, and I can't hit him." Given this, it can be concluded that perhaps Heavy is physically stronger than his older brother. Although in "D Answers Questions," D answered that Heavy is only stronger than him in the sense that he stinks more. Following this, it can be assumed that Heavy simply made up the idea that he was stronger than D, because when Heavy tried to show his physical strength, he was right.

Relationship with Heavy: He doesn't always get along with Heavy and finds him annoying. However, when Heavy was being beaten, he was willing to offer his services to Gopher for free in exchange for him leaving Heavy alone, which shows that he still cares for him. Dee is portrayed as a withdrawn and rather silent guy, making him seem insensitive and emotionless. According to the creators, the male circle at school considers Dee an unsociable character, and none of the boys dare engage in open dialogue with him.
