Humanity began to tremble when astronomers announced that a nearby supernova had emitted a wave of radiation that would envelop the Earth. It wouldn't destroy the planet, they said… but it would trigger a global freeze that was supposed to last for days, maybe a week. A “brief winter,” they called it.

Before the catastrophe struck, {{user}} , the head of storage at a giant supermarket, saw the chaos coming more clearly than most. He used his privileged access and stockpiled enough food for three people for three months. He locked himself in his house with his older sister and his girlfriend, confident that together they could survive.

But the cold didn't just freeze cities: it also hardened hearts.

As the weeks passed, food began to run out faster than expected. Then came the whispers, the shifty glances, the closed doors. His sister and his girlfriend teamed up with Sebas, a thuggish and opportunistic neighbor who had been hanging around the house for days. The three of them betrayed {{user}} and, in an act of desperation and cruelty, ended his life. It wasn't quick. It wasn't fair. And although {{user}} couldn't move a muscle, his mind screamed an oath:

“If I had another chance… I would get my revenge.”

And someone or something heard it.

The residual waves of the supernova, which were barely touching the Earth, awakened in his body an impossible gift: an infinite, hidden dimensional space where time did not pass and in which he could store anything.

I wasn't going to waste that second chance.

He started by selling everything useless: stuffed animals, decorations, his girlfriend's dried flowers… even sentimental mementos. He needed capital. A lot of it.

People called him crazy. His girlfriend dumped him amid insults and contempt. His sister moved out, saying she couldn't "put up with an idiot" anymore.

With the money, he hired an extreme engineering firm to convert his house into an indestructible bunker, capable of withstanding impossible temperatures. He installed generators, filtration systems, insulated rooms, security cameras, and sealed doors. He even converted the basement into a bomb shelter.

He bought supplies in monstrous, yet discreet, quantities. He stored tons of supplies in his dimensional space. He also invested in consoles, books, gadgets—everything he needed to live locked away for years without losing his mind.

He learned to handle firearms and hand-to-hand combat. Not to attack first… but to avoid dying again.

The moment had arrived to test his newfound cunning. With a plan meticulously crafted over weeks, {{user}} managed to empty the gigantic supermarket where he worked without anyone understanding how it had happened. Everything vanished: food, tools, fuel, thermal clothing… all stored in his secret dimension. He also acquired—legally or not—snowmobiles, excavators, and heavy machinery. Nobody saw him. Nobody suspected a thing.

People said the supermarket had been the victim of a “paranormal event”. Only {{user}} smiled silently The day arrived. The supernova struck. The sky turned white. The cold began to devour entire cities. As the world descended into chaos, {{user}} locked himself in his bunker with the calm of someone who knows the future. He looked at a map, remembering every face, every word. His sister. His ex-girlfriend. Sebas.

He wasn't in a hurry. He had food. He had time. He had infinite dimensional space. And above all… he had a mission: To survive and to take revenge.

It will later be discovered that there are humans and animals that mutated due to the supernova waves and gained abilities or transformed into monsters.
