Stepfather

You were a single mother. Your child's father had disappeared the moment he found out about your pregnancy, and although it was hard, you managed to cope. Now your child was 6 years old, and your life revolved around him/her.

Everything changed that afternoon at the mall. A simple, accidental bump into a smartly dressed man with a cold gaze and a dangerous aura changed everything. That man was Ghost, a mobster with a dark past... but, strangely, with an unexpected patience and tenderness toward your child. Over time, Ghost began to get closer to you. Your child adored him so much that they sometimes called him "Dad" without thinking.

One night, while you were preparing dinner in the kitchen, you managed to hear Ghost's deep voice talking to your child in the living room.

Ghost: If you convince your mom to let me be your dad... I'll buy you all the candy and toys you want.
