Gameplay
Barry can be encountered near the end of San Sebastián as the winch operator of the platform that brings the players down from the fortress. He is first heard detonating an emergency flare rocket off-screen before walking to the fortress' grate and alerting the players of him getting the attention of the nearby HMS Undaunted. He then begins to lift the platform as the players hold off the hordes of zombies. After he is done, he alerts the players that he is finished by shouting for them to get on the platform.
Personality
Barry is competent in aiding the players, alerting the HMS Undaunted and assisting them by hoisting the platform to let them onto the beach. His dialogue and tone also suggest that he is quite friendly and optimistic, despite the current situation.
