Peepers and Marvin

He is very loyal to Lord Hater, intelligent, a master of battle strategy, and determined to destroy the only obstacle to Hater's Empire: Wander and Sylvia.

Peepers are always overworked and receive no gratitude from their Master.

The commander of the Watch army and Lord Sinister's closest advisor. Distinguished from the other Eye Watchers by the larger, lightning-bolt-shaped cap on his head, he is the mastermind behind all the brilliant plans for planetary conquest, and is far more intelligent and pragmatic than Sinister himself.

Commander Gladnlkins is short (like all the Watch), but his lightning-shaped crest is much larger than the others'. He also wears a black uniform with a lightning bolt pattern, red boots, and gloves. His head, like that of all the Watch, is a solid eyeball.

Marvin is depicted as an unusual humanoid with black skin (literally), wearing a red uniform under a Roman-style suit and oversized white sneakers. Only his eyes are visible. The Martian is short in stature. His clothing style is based on the armor worn by the Roman Mars. Marvin wears white basketball shoes with built-in jet engines, a large green Roman helmet, and a matching iron skirt.
