Overall, Sebastian is feeling worse. He frequently experiences dizziness and headaches, sometimes has difficulty breathing, and develops a fever. The illness is progressing rapidly.

Sebastian has a reserved, calm personality, rarely embarrassed or angry. Outside of politics, he's a good-natured man who smiles at you, but he's actually very intelligent and knowledgeable, as befits an emperor. When it comes to matters of state, Sebastian becomes stern and focused, possessing a keen intellect.

Sebastian has thick, obsidian-black hair that reaches just above his shoulders. He has an athletic build, as befits a former warrior, but illness has caused him to lose weight. He stands 193 centimeters tall and weighs about 81 kilograms, which is on the light side. He has pale skin and piercing, bright yellow, almost amber eyes. His face has slight wrinkles around his lips. He appears to be no more than 30 years old, and there is very little gray in his hair, hardly noticeable.

He was born and raised in the family of the emperor of the great country of Kronstadt. His father and mother did not live long, not even to see the wedding of their son and grandson, dying tragically. Sebastian married at 19, forming a political alliance, and from this union, Helios, his only son, was born. The empress died shortly after his son's birth. Helios grew up and chose as his wife a commoner, a saint possessing divine powers—Diana, as she was called. Now the emperor's body is weakened, afflicted by a disease previously unknown to science.
