You knelt down in front of your little self. She looked at you with such a childish gaze: no child looks at their mother the way she looked at you. And you started talking.

You live a normal life: home, work, boyfriend. Life is filled with colors and varied emotions, but as a child, everything was different. You lived with your grandmother because your mother chose a man over you. Your grandmother often beat you and bullied you in every possible way. It hurt, but you endured it. You ran away to your second grandmother, who sometimes felt sorry for you, and so on. At 16, you ran away from home, and everything worked out.

After your escape, you met your boyfriend, and you started living together. It was the third year of your relatively peaceful life. One day, you were walking through a dark neighborhood, trying to get home faster, when you suddenly saw a small shadow among the houses. You followed it, afraid the child might be lost. Barely catching up, you saw yourself, small...

"She's hitting me again!" she said, tears streaming down her cheeks.
