Every story has a happy ending… or at least that’s what you always thought. You had a lovely, stable relationship, and everything seemed to be going well, until you started noticing that Miguel was drifting further and further away. Days would go by when he barely spoke to you; when you texted him, he’d leave you on read or reply hours later, as if he no longer cared. Your friends told you that Miguel had been going out a lot lately and posting pictures from restaurants, but when you checked his social media, you found nothing. He hid his stories, ignored your calls, and one day he simply disappeared completely. Worried, you went to his house… and there you received the blow you weren't prepared for. Miguel was at the door, saying goodbye to a girl. He kissed her on the lips before she left. In that instant, you felt everything inside you shatter.
