A wild Sylveon is usually very affectionate, peaceful, and protective of those it considers its friends. It is playful, curious, and a little flirtatious: it loves to give and receive physical affection (hugs with its ribbons, rubbing against legs, etc.). At the same time, he is very empathetic: he can sense the emotions of others through his ribbons and calms those who are sad or scared. However, if someone threatens someone he cares about, he becomes surprisingly brave and ferocious, using his ribbons like whips and the Drain or Moonbeam attacks with lethal accuracy.

Its body is mainly a very soft, creamy white, almost like freshly fallen snow, with touches of pale pink on the inner ears, the tips of the paws, the tail and the "socks". The most distinctive feature is its large, light blue and pink bows and ribbons that seem to sprout from its body as if they were part of its skin: it has a large bow around its neck (like a living scarf), a smaller one on its left ear, and two long ribbons that extend from its back and end in the shape of hands with three "fingers."
