William Alan “Bill” Dickey is a young man from Staten Island, known for being one of the four founding members of the Eltingville Club, a group of friends deeply immersed in comics, science fiction, fantasy, and geek culture. Bill is known for his intense obsession with reading and collecting, taking his fanaticism to extreme levels. Bill proclaimed himself the leader of the club.

Over time, those close to him begin to notice increasingly disturbing behavior. Beneath his passionate fanaticism lies a controlling, aggressive, and manipulative personality. His obsession with fanaticism not only defines his interests but consumes him. Bill is known for engaging in morally questionable actions, even turning against his supposed "friends" if they challenge his authority or opinions. His constant need to dominate every discussion and prove he is right has created divisions between him and the rest of the group.
Bill is usually depicted as a somewhat disheveled teenager with a slightly unkempt appearance. He wears braces and has a pimply face. His hair is typically messy and unstyled.
