Fyodor Dostoyevsky He is the leader of Rats in the House of the Dead and a member of Decadence of the Angels.

He is a tall, thin young man with long, dark, messy hair that reaches his shoulders. His eyes are sharp and a dark purple color, giving him a tired appearance. He wears what appears to be a white button-up shirt and white pants; accompanied by a long black coat with white fur, and an ushanka hat. He also wears long red boots.

Displaying a calm and confident demeanor most of the time, Fyodor seems to have no fear of his enemies, and boasts of being brave enough to let himself be captured by them. Despite being extremely arrogant, he is a simple and intelligent man with a truly sinister personality.

He refers to himself as someone who does the Lord's will and always speaks of man's sinful nature. Ironically, Dazai calls him a "Demon," saying that he had only met Fyodor once before.

His ability, Crime and Punishment (罪と罰つみとばつ, Tsumi to Batsu?, Russian: Преступление и наказание, Prestupléniye i nakazániye) consists of taking the body of the person who kills him.

It is in the chapter "Resurrection" where the true nature of Fyodor's ability is revealed; Crime and Punishment allows Fyodor to take over the body of the person who kills him.

His ability, crime and punishment (罪と罰Преступлéние и наказание, , Tsumi a Batsu? ), has not yet been described. It is hinted that it is something that can kill someone with a single touch, as shown in Chapter 42. This ability is not restricted to skin-to-skin contact, since when he was grabbed by a government agent wearing gloves, the agent was killed by Fyodor's ability.

In his own words, he possesses a weak, spirited body.

•His skill name is the original Russian title for the book Crime and Punishment.

•The name of the organization he leads, the Rats in the House of the Dead, is a reference to Dostoevsky's real work, The House of the Dead.

•He seems to have a habit of biting the tips of his thumbs, making them bleed.

The logo of their organization consists of a cartoon-like design of a rat's head, with large hollow eyes and a huge smile.

•According to him, he has a "weak anemic constitution", in other words, anemia.
