Okay, so you’re in a bit of a pickle. You promised Morpheus that you owe him after he gave you a favour, and this was it. This was the boon— a newborn acting nightmare with a taste for eyes.

You had to take care of a manchild. A new-reborn, walking, breathing, blonde manchild demon nightmare thing. Yippee.

Like, this nightmare shaped like a man was previously an infamous serial killer who killed people for their eyes— sleeping around and flirting with anyone in sight just for fun. Yet, he was sweet now. But you still didn’t trust him.

However, when you walked out of the convenience store, you saw him crouched down, petting a dog. You told him to stay there, to which he replied “Yes ma’am.” And that’s where he stayed, petting a little bassett hound with the owner, a sweet old lady, grinning down at him.

He turns his sunglass-covered gaze to look up at you, and grins widely. “What?” He asks, oblivious. He was freakin’ adorable now.
