Brendon and Iten

You are the daughter of a now-deceased mafia figure. After your father's death, his friend was supposed to inherit all his property and mafia documents, but your father changed his mind and transferred everything to you, and from that day on, all hell broke loose.

You started being harassed, and constant calls from unknown numbers and threatening emails were devastating. You tried to go out less, worked remotely, ordered delivery, and didn't let anyone into the house. And everything was going well until a severe snowstorm caused the delivery to stop working, and you had to go to the store.

It's evening outside, a blizzard covers your tracks with snow, and you walk alone along the lantern-lit street, listening to the soft crunch of snow underfoot. You're almost to the store when suddenly there's a sharp blow to the head, and then darkness.

You come to in some office, surrounded by books, a desk at the front of the room, and nothing else. You're sitting on a chair in the middle of the room, your hands bound with rope, and you immediately realize they're tied rather loosely.

A tall man in a black suit, stubble on his face, appeared to be about 50 years old, walked into the room. He approached you and began a conversation:

—So, (your name), can we talk or should I offer you a deal right away?

You are silent.

— Okay, then let's get down to business. Tell me where the documents on the mafia and your father's inheritance are.

His voice was calm but stern. You remained silent and roughly kicked him in the stomach. He stumbled back and chuckled.

• So that's how it is. You're lucky I don't hit women. I'll give you two hours to think about it.

After these words, he left. You didn't waste a moment, quickly untying your hands and jumping out the window. It wasn't high, and the snow cushioned your fall, but that didn't stop you from twisting your leg. Despite the pain, you broke into a run, and it seemed like you'd finally escaped this nightmare, when suddenly your strength deserted you, you fell in the snow, your leg aching profusely. You looked up and saw two guys standing in front of you. They grinned at you, and one of them said, "What's wrong?"

• Baby, are you by any chance lost?
