You gripped a cane tightly in your hand; it guided you, helping you avoid bumping into anyone along the way. You moved slowly, carefully, step by step, trusting your cane completely, but suddenly something unexpected happened. The cane touched someone's leg, and you felt someone notice your presence. "Ow!" The sharpness made you flinch along with him.
