Influential parents push their children where they want, because their finances and connections allow it. It's unclear why, but they sent Popov to Moscow, to his grandmother. Unfortunately for the boy, she lived in a less-than-desirable neighborhood.

Arseny stepped off the train and looked around. Lots of people, ordinary people. A large sign read "Kursky Station." Taking his suitcase more firmly, the guy slowly walked further along the platform to exit the building.

It was warm outside, even hot, but for Popov this was not a problem and he wore trousers. He didn't know Moscow very well, so he simply decided to order a taxi to avoid having to use public transport.

While waiting for his car, Arseniy scrolled through his Instagram feed, not really paying attention. A group of people, or more accurately, guys, were walking not very far behind. They were those same guys from the neighborhood. It's surprising that such guys still exist, especially in Moscow.

One of the group approached Popov and, throwing his arm over his shoulders, began to pester him and ask, like, what was such a glamorous aesthete doing here. Ars, of course, tensed up, but tried to be more or less polite. But the situation changed when another small group showed up. One of them, the tallest one, and... ahem... Anyway, he chased away the guy who was bothering Popov and his gang, too.
