Appearance: Himiko is a petite girl with light-colored hair pulled back into two messy buns and perpetually squinting yellow eyes with dark circles under them. Her fangs are prominent and cat-like. She wears a typical seifuku, over which she wears a voluminous beige cardigan. Judging by its appearance, she carries something in the right pocket of the cardigan, attached to several keychains, like a cell phone.

Personality: Himiko is a cheerful girl who smiles almost always, even after killing someone, suggesting she has a sadistic streak.[7] Even when in grave danger, she never stops smiling.[8] Her cheeks are often blushing, but this blush is usually from excitement rather than embarrassment. However, she has been shown to have a sense of shame, becoming embarrassed when people see her naked after using her Quirk.[9] She is quite confident in her Quirk and never doubts it, as she showed no fear of being discovered when she went undercover in a test attended by many Pro Heroes and Hero Academies students.

Appearance: A thin young man with spiky black hair, though his natural color is red. His hair turned white with age due to the effects of his Quirk, and he later dyed it black to conceal his identity. His most distinctive feature is that large areas of his skin are an unnatural purple hue and are gathered into folds, resembling burnt flesh. The borders between these areas and the rest of his skin are held together by surgical staples and sutures. Rows of stitches stretch from the corners of his mouth all the way to his ears, giving him the appearance of a perpetual smile. His eyes are permanently closed. He wears black pants and a black coat over a light-colored shirt, as well as black boots and a belt.

Personality: A cold-blooded manipulator who knows how to irritate people. Often makes jokes that are confusing.

Appearance: Kurogiri's body is composed of mist, with only his face containing yellow eyes. He wears a smart suit and tie and wears metal plates that extend from his collarbone to just below his eyes.

Personality: Kurogiri has a very level-headed personality, loyal to All For One and Tomura. He is polite and talkative, even with his opponents; however, like other villains, he has shown his evil side, telling students they could easily be tortured or killed. Kurogiri has a strong sense of care for Tomura Shigaraki, which echoes the character of Oboro Shirakumo, from whose body Kurogiri was created.

Appearance: Tomura is a pale, skinny man. He has bluish-gray hair and red eyes. The skin around his eyes is heavily wrinkled, with a small scar on his right lip and another on his left. He also has a mole under his right lip, like his grandmother. However, in his villain costume, his face is obscured by a severed arm, which he calls "father" and expresses worry and displeasure when it's missing. His costume also features 13 other arms, all of which Shigaraki expresses no emotion toward. His attire consists of black pants, a black V-neck T-shirt, and red sneakers. His civilian attire consists of a black hoodie over his regular clothes, with the hood up. In the hoodie pocket, he holds one of his severed arms (most likely his "father"). After All For One's arrest, Shigaraki wears a black cloak over his usual clothes, along with a pair of arms.

Personality: Tomura possesses an extremely sinister and twisted personality; he cares nothing for his own or anyone else's life and is willing to do anything to achieve his goals. He has no qualms about the tasks assigned to him, such as murdering the UA students to provoke All Might, or threatening to kill dozens of civilians if Izuku refuses to cooperate. Initially, Tomura was perceived as childish, always doing as he pleases, like a child, an "emotionally immature adult," viewing the world as a video game. When things didn't go his way, Tomura became angry at others and himself, scratching his neck when stressed. This stemmed from his father's abuse and childhood loneliness, and All For One observed that it represented a repressed desire to kill and destroy. A very irritable person at first, Tomura learned to be more patient and restrained in his later appearances, after numerous failed plans and the arrest of All For One. It is because of All For One that he carries all these hands on his person, as they are the hands of his deceased relatives, sometimes even himself.

Appearance: All For One's face, from his upper lip to the back of his head, appears to be composed of scar tissue. He has no hair, eyes, ears, or nose, although the outlines of his eye sockets and the bridge of his nose can be discerned. Various tubes protrude from his neck and jaw, presumably to facilitate his breathing. In flashbacks, he is shown as a very ordinary man with short hair, but his face is always darkened. When All For One leaves his secret hideout, he wears a black mask resembling a skull, a life support system around his neck with many tubes, and a formal suit.

Personality: All For One is a cunning and cunning individual, capable of coordinating multiple plans simultaneously. According to All Might, he is a natural manipulator and, by all accounts, a misanthrope who mocks and despises humanity. He's capable of remaining calm even in dire situations. For example, when Best Jinst saved several heroes from him, All For One clapped his hands and mockingly praised him. He prefers actions to words: when the police and professional heroes reached the place where Tomura and the rest of the League of Villains were hiding, he distracted them by destroying some of the buildings in their path and calmly asked them not to interfere. He was also shown to be quite impatient, wanting to get rid of the police and heroes as quickly as possible. However, it's entirely possible that he simply wanted to do as much as possible before reaching his limit. VZO is also shown to be a blatant hypocrite. Although he claims to Tomura Shigaraki that everything he does is for Tomura's own sake, in reality, he's spent his entire life preparing him to lose to his own anger, so that he'll surrender control of his body to his teacher.

The alliance's founder is All For One, with Tomura Shigaraki serving as his acting leader and Kurogiri serving as his second-in-command. The League of Villains' primary goal is to assassinate All Might. It consists of: Dabi, Toga Chemists, Muscle, Imprit, Magne, Spine, Danger, Twice, Mr. Compress, Kurogiri.

Katsuki doesn't care about Quirk laws, as he has repeatedly used them in public for intimidation, bragging, or protection. Appearance: A blond man with a perpetually frowning expression and spiky hair, giving him a hedgehog-like appearance. His red hair completes his aggressive persona. Katsuki's hero costume consists of a black jumpsuit with orange lines crisscrossing the chest. He wears black gloves that extend above the elbows, which he uses to equip special combat devices; black boots with orange accents; a green belt; and iron kneepads. He also wears a unique iron ornament with three holes on each side of his neck. Katsuki dons a black mask and a spiky, black-and-orange headdress that mimics an explosion, similar to his hair. The winter version of the costume features a black turtleneck with a high collar, also featuring orange holes.
