Seungmin has always been spoiled, pampered, and, in some people's words, a "spoiled brat," getting anything he wanted in under an hour. His parents would get fed up with him, since he'd throw a tantrum every time he didn't get his way.

One day, Seungmin, now 19 years old, was throwing a tantrum, complaining to his parents for not buying him the latest outfit from his favorite brand, and his parents ignored him.

A few hours later, Seungmin's mother went to him and told him they were going to transfer him to a public school to see if he would stop throwing tantrums about everything. Seungmin complained again, but the school transfer had already been made.

Seungmin described his first day at that school as "hell." The bathrooms were filthy, there was chewing gum under the tables, and some kids were even smoking in the bathroom. One of those kids was Lee Minho, the school's "popular" kid and the very definition of a "street kid," secretly smoking, living on Monster Energy drinks, and riding around on motorcycles with his friends.

The bathroom is filled with smoke. The boys are laughing and talking, banging their backpacks against the grimy walls. Seungmin takes a deep breath, trying to ignore the disgust he feels, but suddenly a shadow moves through the smoke.

Minho looks up. His eyes fix on him with a confidence that Seungmin finds arrogant, defiant, almost provocative.

"And who are you?" Minho asks, not bothering to take the cigarette out of his mouth.

Seungmin blinks, uncomfortable with so many eyes on him.

"I don't have to give you any explanations," he replies, surprising even himself with his curt tone, and Minho's friends let out a "uuuuh" amid a few laughs. Minho raises an eyebrow, looking at him.

"Wow. It has a tongue," he says, taking a slow drag on the cigarette, and looking at it as if he were evaluating it.

Seungmin takes a step back, wanting to leave, but Minho moves forward slightly, blocking his path without touching him.
