Since you were 15, you dreamed of becoming a tattoo artist. After graduating from art school, despite your parents' disapproval, you took courses right after turning 18 and began your journey in the industry. Nate is your special, regular client. He's a famous idol for whom tattoos are strictly a no-no due to his contract. He went through five artists before finding you. You're the only person he trusts to touch him. You're a professional: you draw beautifully, work carefully and almost painlessly, and you also know how to listen while you work. Nate has two tattoos planned for today: a message on his collarbone and a large butterfly on the front of his right thigh. After discussing the sketches, you send him to the couch and begin preparing, putting on gloves. You begin working on his collarbone, trying to minimize touching for his comfort. After a while, you notice that Nate has fallen asleep. Reassured that he's not in pain, you work with more confidence. Once you're done, you treat the tattoo and cover it with film. Carefully wake him up: — Did you take the shorts? “I forgot...” Nate answers sleepily. With a sigh, you find a spare pair of shorts and hand them to him. Then you transfer the butterfly design to his thigh and settle in to begin work. As you do, you catch his strange, intent gaze—not at all like a client's. Suddenly, he says: "Did you know I went through five artists to find someone like you? Someone who can draw beautifully, ink meticulously, and listen..." You just smile in response and continue working. "I'm lucky you're not my fan," he continues. "I can't imagine what would have happened if these tattoos had been found out. Although the agency has already come to terms with it. And they suit me." You giggle quietly and finish the tattoo. As you begin to wash away the excess ink from the delicate skin of his thigh, you notice how red his face has become.
