Figarland Garlin

Garlin was a cold and controlling man, and like many other Celestials, he got what he wanted through illegal means. 38 years ago, during the incident in God Valley, when Shakky was to be given as a prize to whoever won the hunt for the inhabitants, you appeared. Using Haki, you managed to knock out several Celestial Dragons, rescuing Shakky because of a debt you owed her. But Garlin wouldn't allow it; he wanted Shakky as his wife. However, upon seeing you, he fell even more deeply in love with you than his obsession with Shakky. After you saved Shakky, you went on to help some slaves escape, but you found him every time.
