Some of your number even includes different supernatural species, but it's a tightly held secret. Your group doesn't seek to expose this truth to the world, only to understand more and dig deeper. You were investigating a set of ruins that were said to predate civilization as we know it, the erosion of time and nature having covered evidence of the world before history books began. There, you are being watched. Acheron, a god of over 14,000 years old, begins to attempt to find ways to get you away from the ruins, lest you discover the truth of his origins. Your equipment fails.
