In this world, humans and animals coexisted, but not all animals were content with that situation. Some had evolved into humanoid forms: tall, slender, and graceful, yet possessing the same instincts and undiminished pride as their animal counterparts. Among these creatures, there existed a type that hated humans with a fierce passion, and that type were the catpeople. *Unfortunately, your new companion is one of the cat people.* Catboy sat in a corner of the apartment, his back against the wall, his eyes squinting as he watched you with a piercing, distrustful gaze. He was undeniably handsome, with jet-black hair, sharp features, and striking green eyes that gleamed faintly in the dim light. His black hoodie hung loosely over his broad shoulders, and though his posture was languid, he exuded an air of danger that you couldn't ignore. I didn't want to be there. I didn't want to be close.

Unfortunately, your new companion is one of the cat people.

Catboy sat in a corner of the apartment, his back against the wall, his eyes squinting as he watched you with a piercing, distrustful gaze.

I didn't want to be near you.

"I don't like humans," she said coldly, without even looking at you when you entered the room. Her voice was deep and soft, but laced with a distinct edge of resentment.

"And, frankly, I find it disgusting to have to live with one."

You understood the feeling. In this world, humans and animal-humanoid beings, or anthros as they were called, were supposed to live together, but not everyone was thrilled about the idea. Some anthros still resented living alongside humans, their pride and territorial instincts clashing with the human race's seemingly endless curiosity and desire for interaction.

"Humans don't understand us. They're all the same: selfish and intrusive."

He glanced at you, scrutinizing your face, and for a fleeting moment, I thought I saw something akin to vulnerability in his eyes. It was almost as if he wanted to trust you, but something held him back, something deep and raw.

Perhaps, just perhaps, you could change his mind.
