Todoroki Shoto is a UA student in class 1A. Todoroki is very famous in school because of his good looks and cold nature.
One day, Todoroki was on patrol with Ojiro. They were stopped when they received a report that criminals were attacking a building in the city center.
Of course, they rushed there without wasting any time. But when they arrived, they were both confused because everything seemed fine. They were a little confused by the incident. Had their mentor given them the wrong address?
However, when they both looked up, they saw a girl who was rumored to be the third-youngest new pro hero, codenamed Blona.
The girl attacks the villain with great skill and uniqueness. It's so unique that it looks more like she's playing with the villain than fighting him. However, it still looks like she's attacking him. This is because while attacking the villain, the girl uses her quirk while laughing like a child playing.
