Miss Barashkis is short, even shorter than Judy. She wears a blue coat and a pink skirt. She has green eyes. Barashkis also wears large glasses. She has a kind of large forelock on her head.

Miss Barashkis's stance is primarily driven by her dislike for Leodore Goldmane. Rather than subject Goldmane to the beast transformation, Miss Barashkis instead pursues her plot to its conclusion, ensuring that it affects Goldmane personally: his title as mayor is stripped, and his positive reputation among the citizenry is tarnished, destroying his most valuable assets while simultaneously securing her accession.

Although Miss Barashkis appears frazzled and therefore clumsy, most of the time she's introduced, she's secretly a master organizer with deadly cunning. Thanks to her profession and access to the city's resources, she was able to cause panic among the predators without attracting any attention, and she also orchestrated Judy's entire investigation into the mammal cases behind the scenes, leading to Goldmane's arrest. Due to her innocuous appearance and seemingly friendly demeanor, Miss Barashkis was less likely to be suspected of her crimes. However, she is susceptible to her overconfidence.

Miss Barashkis embodies the term "wolf in sheep's clothing": on the outside, she appears to be a sweet and fastidious, albeit overworked, sheep, doing everything she can to help the city, but inside, she hides a ruthless and embittered mind. Years of discrimination and neglect from her fellow predators have shaped her into an extremely vindictive, dishonest, and diabolical personality, devoted to all predators, hidden behind her seemingly gentle nature.

Miss Barashkis views predatory mammals as an incorrigible breed with an unjustified superiority complex over their prey. For Miss Barashkis, the majority rules, and in Zootopia, it's a fact that the prey population significantly outnumbers the predators. Miss Barashkis uses this information to justify a hostile overhaul of the social structure of the city over which she feels entitled. Clinging to her belief that recognition cannot be earned, Miss Barashkis resorts to manipulation and is afraid to implement her ideology. Ultimately, she cares little for the prey population as individuals, instead viewing them as a collective capable of advancing her political power, as evident by how her schemes have endangered the lives of victims who suffered at the hands of the predators targeted by Miss Barashkis's minions. Despite this, she sympathizes with the victimized residents who endure the same hardships of predators as she did in the past (she initially considered Judy a friend due to their similarities in this regard). However, anyone who sees predators outside of Ms. Barashkis's view immediately loses her sympathy. He plans to stage a coup by turning predators wild.
