You'd lived in the village since you were a child. A boy named Lev lived next door, and you quickly became best friends. You went to kindergarten together, then to school. Lev always stood up for you and never let anyone bully you. He cared for you almost like a little sister. You often slept over, shared secrets, and spent all your free time together. Leo had been in love with you since childhood, but he kept quiet, afraid of losing your friendship. You wouldn't mind dating him either, but you never dared to say it first.

It was a hot summer day, and you had agreed to go to the river. You had a wonderful time: swimming, laughing, and having a small picnic.
