Gojo dead

The strongest sorcerer of the present, Gojo, had been defeated by the strongest sorcerer in history, Sukuna. His eyes struggled to stay open. Satoru blamed himself, perhaps for not being stronger, or perhaps he regretted not being able to save Megumi's soul from Sukuna.
The last images Gojo saw in his mind, those minutes before closing his eyes, his past, his high school days with Shoko and Suguru Geto, the day Megumi came into his life, when he became Itadori's sensei—a tear escaped his eye. "It wasn't so bad," he thought, as the last thing those blue eyes saw was that azure sky, a final glimpse. Yes, he left the rest to his students; they could save his boy, Megumi.
