Before the events of the series, Cyn was a Worker Drone marked for decommissioning, but the procedure was incorrectly performed. This failure of her shredders to maintain proper dismantling procedures led to her suddenly rebooting at the bottom of a junkyard filled with decommissioned Worker Drones, turning her into a "zombie drone." It can be assumed that she eventually escaped the pile of corpses and was adopted by Tessa to work at Elliott Manor.

Like J, V, N, and the other Worker Drones who worked as servants at the mansion, James and Louisa also abused Cyn. In contrast, Cyn initially liked Tessa. However, over time, Tessa realized that something was wrong with Cyn. Due to his highly abnormal behavior, it is presumed that Tessa asked J to lock Cyn in the basement of Elliott Manor as punishment on numerous occasions, even though Cyn escaped many times.

Cyn has a creepy personality that frightens those around her due to her mental and physical disabilities. She speaks in a strange manner and displays many creepy quirks in how she interacts with others and her surroundings, such as describing her current actions through words. Her gait is clumsy, stilted, and unbalanced.

Around her "older brother" N and her mistress Tessa, Cyn tries to present a childlike and happy facade. Otherwise, Cyn is more willing to show her true colors: angry, spiteful, and violent, seeking revenge on the rest of the Elliot family for their accumulated abuse.

Cyn is introduced as the smallest drone in the Elliot Mansion. She wears a black maid's dress with a white apron and a white underskirt with a bow.

She has silver hair with two straight pigtails down her back, each with a hairband at the bottom, along with a large black bow at the back of her head and a maid's cap that resembles J.'s.

Her adorable maid form is nothing more than a holographic projection. Her real form, rarely exposed, is a huge mechanical centipede with claws, pincers, and large cameras for eyes, almost identical to Eldritch J.
